Using Euchre Mate

Euchre Mate is a card game application. You can play solo against AI opponents, with friends and family in multiplayer games, and participate in family tournaments. Some features require a free account; some require a paid Premium membership.

By using Euchre Mate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at play@euchremate.com.

You must be old enough to legally enter into these terms in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Premium membership

Premium membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account page; your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

We may change Premium pricing or features with notice to existing subscribers. Changes will not apply retroactively to a billing period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

When using Euchre Mate, you agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape data or play games on your behalf in multiplayer or tournament settings
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Tournaments

Tournament hosts are responsible for inviting and managing their own participants. We provide the scheduling, match launch, and scoring infrastructure, but we are not responsible for disputes between tournament participants. Tournament results recorded by our system are final based on the actual games played.

Marty, our AI coach

Marty provides guidance based on standard Euchre rules and the house rules your table has enabled. While we work to make Marty's answers accurate, Marty is an AI system and may occasionally make mistakes. Marty's responses are guidance, not a guarantee of correctness, and house rules disputes among players should be resolved by the players themselves.

Intellectual property

The Euchre Mate name, logo, design, and software are the property of Indian Lakes Marketing LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our software, design, or content without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create (such as tournament names), but you grant us a license to display and use that content as part of operating the service.

Disclaimers

Euchre Mate is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We're not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, bugs, or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indian Lakes Marketing LLC's liability for any claim related to Euchre Mate is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can stop using Euchre Mate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice, except in cases of abuse or illegal activity, where we may act immediately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
